Life is like a box of Chocolates

Send around a box of chocolates for delegates to choose one. The instruction to them is that they should choose once that closely resembles their personality. Give them a few minutes to think about it while they eat the chocolate. Then each delegate gets to explain the reason why they chose that specific chocolate and/or how it resembles their personality.
Great fun, especially because they get to eat the chocolate as well, but delegates come up with some amazing descriptions.
