How can I develop a guideline in order to ask Managers about how an employee is performing?

Hi Maria,

There are many things to consider when setting up employee performance feedback processes for managers.

1 - what is the purpose of the feedback? In other words, what will change as a result of the feedback?
2 - how often will the feedback process be done?
3 - how "official" or "formal" does the feedback process need to be?
4 - how many employees are involved in the feedback process? (Large numbers mean a tip top easy to administer process is essential)
5 - what needs to be done to cultivate a culture where open and honest feedback is welcomed?

Luckily, there are many sites out there who offer pre-made employee evaluation forms, for example,, so you can pick and choose what is right for your workplace.
