Customer Service Ice Breaker - Ha Ha

I use this icebreaker to get the team in training back into gear after lunch. I use it to demonstrate how a smile makes a difference and how to turn a blah day in Customer Service into a Smile on the phone.

It works on small and large groups. First person looks to their left and says "Ha" to the next person. Neither person is allowed to smile. The 2nd person says "Ha Ha" to the next person who then says "HaHaHa" to the person sitting next to them. The game continues until the first person to crack a smile. Although they lose the game they win the theme - a smile lights up thier face and changes their tone of voice and attitude. For a big team have the "Ha" count go up to 8 and start again at one. For a smaller team, alternate the "Ha" count to suit your needs.
