Break the Ice with Colourful Balloons

As they arrive, we offer each participant a choice between three or four different colour balloons. Once they have chosen according to their preference, we group them by balloon colour (for instance, all the reds together, all the blues in another group).
The participants are then asked to share why they chose that particular colour of balloon and say a little something about themselves.
Total time required: 15-20 minutes.
Supplies: A packet of multicolour balloons.
