This ice breaker exercise is a great way to restart the brain after a lunch break or energy slump.
Break into groups of 3 people. Pick a topic for each group. They have 90 seconds to get through the alphabet, alternating one person at a time, by telling a story about the selected topic using the next letter in the alphabet. Pick a random letter to start with.
Example: Topic-visit to hospital, Start letter-F
Person 1-Fred, Person 2-Got, Person 3-Help, Person 1-In, Person 2-Jersey, Person 3-Kitchen, Person 1-Laboratory, ....
There are no winners or losers in this ice breaker exercise, just a fun way to get the brain cells working and start creative thinking.
