It would seem that money cannot buy you happiness. Lucky then that I've written three articles that
will make a positive difference to your work and home life today :>)
Before I tell you about the articles, you may be curious to know why I've got a 4 foot moose sculpture
in my garage, waiting to be finished…. This moose makes me happy. Why? Because he allows me to
deploy my signature strength of "creativity, ingenuity and originality". Find out more by reading

The first article is introducing you to the work of Dr Martin EP Seligman, founder of the Positive
Psychology movement, bringing fresh ideas on how to increase your happiness, all based on rigorous
research. His practical wisdom can be applied in many areas of your life, and mostly help you answer
the $1million question "How can I be happy?". Take the
Authentic Happiness Test and learn what makes you happy today.
I've expanded on the work of two management gurus -
Abraham Maslow and Frederick Herzberg - to give
you further food for thought in achieving the elusive goal of work satisfaction. Both articles give
you practical advice on how to increase your own satisfaction and the satisfaction of your team. Plus,
the articles give you a clear way to think about satisfaction and discuss them with your boss, because
you'll usually need their support to make big changes.
